Al Hamdi is the Founder and CEO of SKYS Hotels, bringing over 35 years of hospitality leadership and owner-focused experience to the firm.

His career includes work with leading global brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Sheraton, Crowne Plaza, Radisson, and Clarion, where he developed deep expertise in hotel operations, brand standards, financial performance, asset strategy, and property development.

Al founded SKYS Hotels in 2011 to provide hotel owners with experienced, independent guidance rooted in practical execution, financial discipline, and long-term asset value.

Today, he advises hotel owners on performance improvement, strategic repositioning, operational challenges, brand and operator evaluation, and opportunities to strengthen results while keeping ownership priorities at the center.

In addition to his hospitality work, Al has served on the boards of trade and nonprofit organizations and was recognized with the Outstanding Corporate Generosity Award for his commitment to community and service.
